Belgium Black Marble

The TSL coffee table serves as an introduction to the Belgian Black marble collection, encapsulating both the rational design and philosophy of Niko Koronis. Carved from a single block of stone, this one piece demonstrates three separate states of the exceptional stone. From its natural state, after a complicated subterranean quarrying procedure, the artist chisels the raw marble, followed by a mechanical process of polishing.

Artist Biography

Niko Koronis graduated in architecture from the Welsh School of Architecture, where a year later he did his Master degree in Environmental Design of Buildings.
